27 Mar /0 Comments/All Day Blog High Fiber Pumpkin Spice Waffle Recipe High Fiber Pumpkin Spice Waffle Ingredients ● 4 GG Bran Scandinavian Crispbread Crackers ● 9 tbsp(s) egg whites ● 1 packet, Truvia Sweetner ● 1 tsp, Vanilla Extract ● 1⁄2 tsp, Cinnamon Spice ● 1⁄4 cup Pumpkin, raw (canned) ● Non-stick cooking spray of choice Preparation 1. Turn waffle maker on to heat. 2. In a blender or Nutribullet/Ninja pulverize GG Crispbread crackers until course. 3. Add egg whites, sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon, raw pumpkin and pulse until smooth. 4. Once ready, spray both sides of waffle maker with non-stick spray. Pour in batter and cook about 3-5 minutes. Note: cooking times may vary depending on waffle maker. Tips Multiply the recipe to make extra and freeze until you are ready to eat.
