Sign up below to set up a FREE One-on-One No Sweat consultation. The free intro is a private session with an All Day Fitness Coach. He or she will; give you a tour of our facility, discuss your fitness, health and wellness objectives and conduct an assessment on your squat movement, a cornerstone for functional fitness.
Step 2
After your FREE One-on-One No Sweat consultation and you have decided All Day Fitness is right for you, select one of our bi-weekly membership plans and we’ll be sure you’re ready for your first day as an All Day athlete! Not sure what to pick? Our knowledgable coaches will help you decide what is best for you based on your needs and current fitness level.
